From Peruvian Necktie to Guillotine Choke here are 15 CRAZIEST Mixed Martial Arts Moves. Share this with MMAs BIGGEST fan! Subscribe to Talltanic http://goo.gl/wgfvrr 7 - Pace Choke This crazy painful move was invented in the heat of battle, during the UFC's Octagon. Nick Pace is credited as the creator of this destructive submission technique, he immortalised the attack when he used it to defeat Will Campuzano during the Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale. This intricate chokehold combines the triangle choke and a forearm choke. This hold is achieved by using both legs to smother the head and get the neck tight into a hold, then the move is finished by encircling an arm around the top leg, to further squeeze the opponent's neck. Truly a painful maneuver, the most flexible you are as a fighter, the better this hold can be implemented. 6 - Guillotine Choke This monstrous move is best achieved from a standing position, or from a standing crouched guard stance, directly facing your opponent. This technique is a favorite among many jiu-jitsu fighters. This hold involves the attacker taking the opponent's head into their armpit, reaching around the opponent's chin while using their arm to pull up and choke the neck, pressure is applied as the arm is lifted deeper into the neck flesh in order to cut off the opponent's air. The name is derived from a French weapon called the Guillotine, a device consisting of a tall frame with a weighted sharp metal blade at the top. The blade would be lowered down at frightening speeds, for the purpose of decapitating victims, usually criminals, or during the French Revolution, Royalty. 5 - Kimura Lock This submission move is a devastating blow, meant to immobilize and pin any opponent. You grab the opponent's hand from the same side, the opposite hand is placed behind the opponent's arm while grabbing the other wrist and forming a figure four. By controlling the opponent's body and cranking the arm away from the opponent pressure hits the shoulder joint, causing a tap out. Masahiko Kimura, a Japanese judoka master and professional wrestler, made this submission move famous, after his victory over Gracie jiu-jitsu developer, Helio Gracie. There are several variations of this killer finishing move, tutorials can be found on youtube. Here's an image of Coach Rene A. Dreifuss, from Radical MMA New York City, demonstrating the move in one of his How To videos. 4 - Triangle Choke This style of attack has its origins in judo. This figure four type chokehold, is a submission move which calls for strangling the opponent by encircling one arm and both legs around the opponent's neck, forming the configuration of a triangle. This devastating technique is a lateral vascular restraint, which constricts the blood flow from the carotid arteries to the brain. This powerful finishing move will most commonly put the victim to sleep. This dangerous move can be a counter attack to the mixed martial arts move known as the power bomb. This hold is considered by many, to be one of the most effective ground attacks in the fighting world. 3 - Calf Slicer A slicer move is just how it sounds and all the variations of this debilitative attack are incredibly painful, but the calf slicer is said to be the absolute most carnivorous of the bunch. This compression lock uses one's wrists or ankles to place massive amounts of pressure on the muscles and joints of those tender body parts. Calf slicers have a bad reputation for separating joints, which intensifies the pain. This powerful leg attack is greatly feared by many tough competitors in the Mixed Martial Arts world. 2 - Twister This inventive, painful variation of a spinal lock, found it's way into UFC history when Chan Sung Jung, the Korean Zombie, won his rematch with Leonard Garcia, with this killer finishing move. This sideways body bend and neck crank, involves forcing the head towards the shoulder, while twisting the body in the opposite direction, applying tense pressure to the spine. This truly vicious submission move, has made even some of the most colossal of fighters pass out from the pain. 1 - Peruvian Necktie This intricate choke hold, is meant to leave your opponent gasping for air and is largely considered one of the most difficult submission techniques to pull off. For this pain inflicting grappler attack, the attack uses their legs to control the opponent and place pressure on their head, while using their arms to grasp around the opponent's neck. The massive pressure is mostly from the legs, which makes the move extremely painful and hard to get out of. This killer finishing move has only been successfully pulled off a handful of times inside the cage, as it is known to be terribly dangero
